The first objective of our plant design is always to reconcile our customers’ requirements with the optimum operating conditions for the membrane in question. This results in stable process technology on the long-term and above-average service lives for the membranes.
Typical of our membrane plants is their modular design and construction, mostly with automatic operation and user-friendly features. In addition to our standard plants, we develop special plants to accommodate tailor-made solutions for individual separation operations. That is why it is a matter of course for us to deal intensively with operators’ demands in terms of process quality and reliability. This company policy remains valid not only throughout the project implementation period ranging from the initial planning stage to the start-up and operation of the plant but for later upscaling and re-construction work, even after many years.

We put these processes into operation, optimise the process parameters and provide an all-round service for future plant and membrane maintenance. We also have wide-ranging know-how for upscaling existing plants as well as for up-dating plant control systems and the visualisation of their process engineering.
