FuMA-Tech filter cartridges are made of top-quality polypropylene filter fleece under clean room conditions. These special filter fleeces are produced using the melt-blow process and worked into an elaborate double-layered structure. Due to this special process, these cartridges are characterised by a high degree of reliability, an absolute separation rate of 99.9% as well as lengthy service lives which reduces the cost of the filter material as well as the plant set-up times. Moreover, the filter cartridges are available as an antibacterial version based on polypropylene fine fleece.
If required, the filters can be pre-rinsed with ultra-pure water and delivered with an integrity test.
Other designs in Teflon and nylon are available for micro-electronic applications.
These cartridges are ideally suited for use in the food and beverage industries because they have been authorised in line with USP XXXIII and FDA CFR 21.
